The service department went above and beyond to get my truck repaired by the deadline needed. Chad the service manager was amazing in making this happen and did an excellent job listening to the customer needs. As I've come to expect, my service appointment was terrific at Kendall. The reminder emails, the check in process, the work performed and customer service from start to finish was all flawless.
I had a relatively bad experience from the Service Department, and wrote a review expressing everything that had happened. I received a call from the Service Manager who helped ensure everything was rectified the next day. I appreciate the response, and in fairness took down my original poor review. Thank you for making things right, in such a short time.
